User FAQs


Q How do I buy credits?

A Simply log into your account and click ‘Tokens’ in the top right corner. This will take you to the ‘Buy more tokens’ page where you can select the amount of tokens you would like to buy. Click ‘Buy now’ and follow the instructions to complete the purchase. Your new token total will then appear in the top left corner. 


Q What payment methods do All Things Adult accept?

A We accept all major credit and debit card companies, such as Mastercard, Visa and Switch. We do not accept American Express or Paypal. 


Q Do you accept Crypto payment? 

A No, unfortunately we do not currently accept Crypto currencies. 


Q Do I need to pay for an account? 

A No you do not need to pay to set up an account. All Things Adult is completely free to sign up to.


Q How much do credits cost?

A Credits can be purchased in blocks at a rate of 10%. For example, 50 tokens costs $55. 


Q What can credits be used for? 

A Each model has their own rate which is visible on their profile. You can spend your credits on private and group chats, tipping models and purchasing content. 


Q What will appear on my bank statements when I buy credits? 

A All Things Adult understand that discretion is key. Your purchases will show as ‘ATA MARKETING LTD’ on your bank statement.


Q Can I see where I have spent my tokens? 

A Yes! You can view your previous transaction activity by clicking on ‘Token’ in the top right corner, select ‘Transaction History’ on the left hand side. This will list every transaction you have completed. 


Q How do I request a private chat? 

A To enter a live private chat you need to be on their stream and click the ‘request private chat’ button. If the model accepts you will both go into private mode. 


Q Can I message models that are offline? 

A Yes. You can send any model a private message by heading to their profile and clicking the ‘Send message’ button. We do have a limit on the number of times you can message a model for free, therefore, the best way to chat to our models is by calling them when they are online. 


Q How can I access the content that I have purchased? 

A Your purchases galleries, videos and audios can be accessed by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner. Select ‘Profile’ from the drop down menu, which will take you to your account. You will find options for ‘purchased galleries’, ‘purchased videos’ and ‘purchased audios’ in the menu from the left where your purchases can be found. 


Q Can I get a refund on content I have purchased? 

A No, purchased content cannot be refunded.


Q Can I get a refund on tokens I have purchased? 

A No, once tokens have been purchased they cannot be refunded. 


Q How do I report someone else on the platform? 

A  Our reporting is handled exclusively by a team of people, rather than bots. This is to ensure that you can receive the best assistance possible. If you'd like to report another creator or user, please reach out to us directly via email at Report@allthingsadult.co.uk and we will aim to get back to you as quickly as we can.

Q How do I sign up? 

A To sign up to All Things Adult, you simply need to visit the homepage, by clicking here and filling in your details. 


Q Do I need to pay to sign up? 

A No, it is completely free to create an account and start streaming


Q Can I deactivate my profile?

A You can deactivate your profile by clicking on your account icon in the top right corner and selecting ‘Account settings’ from the drop down menu. Select ‘Disable account’ from the options below ‘account settings’. You will need to enter your password to disable the profile. 


Q What is Yoti?

A Yoti is a secure digital ID app that verifies your age and identity. We need to ensure that everyone on the site is of legal age. You only need to verify your identity once at the sign up stage. 


Q How do I report someone else on the platform? 

A  Our reporting is handled exclusively by a team of people, rather than bots. This is to ensure thay you can recieve the best assistance possible. If you'd like to report another creator or user, please reach out to us directly via email at Report@allthingsadult.co.uk and we will aim to get back to you as quickly as we can.


Q Can I register with more than one profile? 

A Creators can only have one profile, however you can set up a dual profile with another creator. Send an email to models@allthingsadult.co.uk to request a joint profile. 


Q Can I stream with someone else? 

A Yes, you can stream with other models as long as all models have their own verified accounts. 


Q Where can I find a breakdown of my earnings? 

A To find your earnings breakdown click on your account icon in the top right corner and select ‘Account settings’ from the drop down menu. Select ‘Earnings’ from the options on the left hand side.


Q How do I withdraw my earnings? 

A You can withdraw your earnings by creating a new payout request. Click on your account icon in the top right corner and select ‘Account settings’ from the drop down menu. Select ‘Payout request’ from the options on the left hand side. You can then ‘Create a new payout request’ and submit your request. 


Q How long do payouts take to reach my bank account?

A Payment will usually reach your account within 3 days working days, but please allow up to 5 working days.


Q How will my earnings be paid out? 

A All earnings are paid out via wire transfer.


Q How do I show users I’m online? 

A When you log on, you will automatically appear as 'Available Now'. This will allow our users to see you are available for taking private and group calls.

Q How do I go live? 

A If you would like to begin a live stream, please head to 'Go live' Section and click 'Start Broadcasting'. This will begin your free live stream instantly. Even in a Free Live stream, users can still send you lots of tips, as well as call you if they would like your attention in a group or private chat instead. 


Q How do I set my prices for paid webcam chat?

A You can set your prices for both group and private chat in your account settings. Head to ‘Default Price’, here you can adjust your token price per minute. 


Q How do I upload content? 

A You can upload both free and paid content to your profile. Please head to ‘account settings’ here you will see a side menu that shows ‘Videos’, ‘Gallaries’ etc. Please ensure you select the correct media type of your content before uploading. 

Once in each section, you will be able to find, edit and upload your content. This includes setting the price for your content, or, to allow our users to view it for free.
